Shipping and Handling Policy:
All shipping will be through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless specified. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional charges may apply to orders mailed to an incorrect address due to erroneous information. All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval and verification. Please check and verify that all the information on the order form is complete and correct.
Payment Policy:
Payment is only accepted in US currency. Credit cards accepted are Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may order using the order form and pay by check or money order. All International money orders will be charged an additional fee of $30.00 to cover currency exchange fees. All returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 service fee. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.

Damaged Merchandise:
If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, you may refuse receipt of the order. If you discover that materials were received damaged please notify us by e-mail immediately for return and or replacement. Please save original packing material for return.
Basic I Manuals: These products are only sold to students who have completed a Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® Basic I Class. The date and location of the Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® Class taken must be provided, and will be verified before the order is processed.
Basic II Manuals: These products are only sold to students who have completed a Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® Basic II Class. The date and location of the Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® Basic II Class taken must be provided, and will be verified before the order is processed.

All customer information is confidential. We do not forward, trade, or sell information to any individual or outside companies.

It is our responsibility to inform you that any misuse and abuse of the Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® materials may have negative consequences. The SITH® materials are copyrighted and copyright laws are in effect. We ask that you respect our copyright materials.
The SITH® materials are spiritual materials. It takes tremendous preparation and spiritual cleaning to use the materials for teaching. If you are not an authorized instructor or coordinator, you may have a negative impact using the materials for teaching, when you have not been authorized to do so.
